Help with Curl or FOpen for User Service Plugin

Can someone show me a script that works with the latest version of User Service 2.0.2?

I am using the "Secret key auth" not the "HTTP basic auth ".

Preferably cURL php script please.

My Website that will use this cURL script is on a Linux box/Cpanel host.

My OpenFire server is on Windows 2008 Server using a Microsoft SQL Database.

If I manually type in the URL such as: http://example.com:9090/plugins/userService/userservice?type=add&secret=bigsecre t&username=kafka&password=drowssap&name=…

It works fine on my browser but I need this to happen via a php script on another server. I've found some old scripts but they do not work with version 2.0.2. Please help.
