I upgraded openfire from 3.9.1 to 3.10.0. When I started using i find out that few user show offline but they were online. I did setting for idle connection policy but still they show offline.
If i send them message then it goes successfully without any problem. Currently to solve this problem I restart pidgin client then it works successfully for some time.
can anyone suggest me what to do?
