Clients don't receive authorization request

Hello,

I just install openfire 3.8.2 in a debian virtual machine. I use jitsi (2.4) as client on windows desktop.

Each client can connect to the server(on the server side, clients are tagged as authenticated and ready for chat...).

However, when I send an contact authorization request, the second pc doesn't receive it...

What is the problem ?
